Combustible de alta calidad para quemadores
Este combustible de aceite limpio es purificado utilizando altas fuerzas G y filtrado para eliminar sólidos pequeños con baja densidad mayor a 80 micras, la mayoría de los inyectores de los quemador admiten partículas de hasta 130 micras. (Sólidos abrasivos >0.5 micras con densidades mayores a la del aceite se eliminaron por completo).

Con el uso de nuestro combustible para quemadores y la calibración adecuada de la relación aire-combustible no notarás con tus ojos cuando estés usando diésel o nuestro aceite limpio para quemadores.
Como saber si funciona en tu empresa
Solicite una inspección (sin costo comercial) a nuestro personal técnico por videollamada quienes validarán la compatibilidad de su quemador. Posterior a esta validación ocurrirán dos casos:
-Caso I (Quemador): Cuenta con precalentamiento de combustible y llama piloto. Estás listo para utilizar nuestro combustible de aceite limpio, donde validarás el desempeño de nuestro combustible para quemadores.
-Caso II (Quemador): No cuenta con precalentamiento y/o llama piloto, validaremos cuál es el factor de dilución de nuestro combustible con diésel (lo comun es: 20%Diesel y 80%Clean oil), de esta manera su quemador diésel podrá operar sin realizar ninguna modificación, solo ajustando la relación aire-combustible, debido a que nuestro Clean oil tiene un Mayor Poder Calorifico que el diésel.
Probado por mas de 3 años en un Quemador Diesel
En nuestra planta contamos con una caldera con quemador alimentado con diesel, este quemador ha estado funcionando durante más de tres años con nuestro combustible, esto nos ha permitido ahorrar más del 50% en costos de diesel. How to know if it fit for your company
What a client must do to validate if their system is compatible: Request an inspection from our technical staff by video call who will validate the compatibility of your fired burner with the fuel, the following two cases will occur:
a) Case A (Burner): has a fuel preheating and pilot flame. You are ready to use our clean oil fuel, where you will validate the performance of our fuel for burners
b) Case B (Burner): It does not have preheating and/or pilot flame, we will be validate what is the dilution factor of our fuel with diesel ( regular is: 20%Diesel and 80%Clean oil), This way your diesel burner can operate without making any modifications, just by adjusting the air-fuel ratio, because our clean oil has a higher GCV than diesel.
